All our products come with a 30-day guarantee counting from the moment of the sale as long the products have not been opened, used, tried or damaged.
You will be refunded for the products you return minus a 20% restock fee. The refund applies for products in their original conditions (resalable).

Visit our contact page to let us know what you want to return. Let us know the products, amounts and the order number(s).
Send Products Back
Once we confirm by e-mail of phone, you will have to send back the returned product (at your own expense). Refund will be provided after the product(s) arrive.
You can contact our sales team (via e-mail or phone) and our staff will start the refund and return process. No hassle.
Some products offer the possibility of extended warranty for an extra fee. You will see them when they’re available.
